I have always been interested in art, although my profession was running a professional Pharmacy for 40 years. Now I mix paints in a mortar and pestle instead of drugs.

I began painting in 2003.

My medium is acrylic. I love working with color and it gives me great pleasure to produce a painting that I like and others enjoy. I do both realistic and abstract paintings and have developed some innovations around pouring paint that I use. I also like to photograph flowers and nature and make note cards from my paintings and from the photos.

I have been in several art shows in the greater Baltimore area.
